About the Role

Location: Florida preferred / New York potentially | Part-time (flexible) | Permanent Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Business Development Manager to support our operations in the United States, with a focus on real estate projects and treasury responsibilities. You will work closely with the Miami-based project development team and the Munich-based management team to oversee financial administration, stakeholder management and drive strategic initiatives across our growing U.S. portfolio.

  • Manage day-to-day treasury functions, including cash flow oversight, banking relationships, payments, and reporting
  • Organize and lead business development meetings with key stakeholders, particularly related to real estate projects across the U.S.
  • Coordinate with external partners, legal counsel, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of transactions and ongoing project operations
  • Support project development and condominium sales related workstreams
  • Support senior leadership in implementing business strategies and tracking performance metrics
  • Assist in general administrative and compliance-related tasks to support U.S. operations
Dein Profil
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in real estate, finance, treasury or business development
  • Solid understanding of treasury operations and financial administration in the U.S.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively 
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
  • Fluent in English
